At Cooper ®, we stand by the quality of our apparel and offer a seamless 30-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your fit. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached, to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all Cooper ® designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
